Swiss International debuts in Saudi Arabia

Swiss International signed its first two hotels in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The chain will be entering the market with the 60-room Swiss International Park hotel in Baljurashi (Al Baha region) and the 46-room Swiss Spirit Hotel & Suites – Turaif.

Swiss International’s partner in the Middle East, HDG from Dammam, will operate the hotels.

Both the hotels will have a Swiss Café- Restaurant & Lounge, a Grill Room, a Moods Shisha Lounge, Eventives for meetings & events, an Inspirations Gym & Pool and the Swiss Select Lounge for frequent travellers.

Naji AlShiha, CEO for Swiss International Middle East & HDG, said: “We are very pleased to be able to formally introduce both Swiss International – and the Swiss Spirit brands in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It’s quite exciting also for us to have these new hotels under our Swiss International wings.

“Baljurashi in the Al Baha region and Turaif in the Northern Borders province have been requesting good international hotels for years. Now with Swiss International we are able to offer top international hospitality in these markets.”

Swiss International has recently moved its Service centre to Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, as part of its plans to further develop the brand in the Middle East.
